This will affect customers in Havelock through to Tukituki, and believe a fibre connection which supplied one of our main feed out to these POP sites has been cut due to earthworks being carried out in the area. We have raised this with Chorus and assigned to an onsite technician with urgency. We apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We have re-routed our traffic away from the damaged area, however this path has reduced capacity so will not perform as well as we would like. Engineers are working to resolve the fault, an initial ETR is this afternoon.
